Good health is the most important objective for everyone. Good health will lead to a long life and have all sorts of things. A new study conducted by the Centers for Disease prevention and control of the United States, call the CDC found 4 methods that led to better health.
The study, published in the newsletter American Journal of Public Health tested on about 16958 people aged 17 years and above . Most of them live in the United States. 4 CDC findings such as:
1. Avoid smoking: If you do not smoke, do not smoke if smoking and stop it from now on.
2. The amount of alcohol to drink every day: men should not drink more than 2 glasses of alcohol a day. The women no more than 1 cup.
3. improve your diet daily intake: should eat fruits and vegetables, more whole grains. For seafood should choose the type that has little or no fat. Reduce consumption of any food that contains more sodium or salt.
4. Exercise regularly: should exercise at least 5 days, 1 week, or at least exercise brisk walking a total of 150 minutes per week.
For those of you who attended the 4 experimental method is 66% not at risk of cancer death by 65% does not face death by heart disease and 57% more at risk of dying from other diseases.
